We have protective armor to keep safe the more vulnerable aspects of ourselves, our organs, our emotions, the mind. However, our armor becomes too hardened, too rigid, making it not only hard to move, but makes us rigid in our thoughts and relationships. This class with take your through the 3 main shells of the body, the back, tops of the hand and the tops of the feet. You will notice how when 1 is tight, so are the other 2. We use 1 to help unlock and soften the others. We hope you will leave feeling more supple and malleable after this class.
