In this class we will explore the lower legs with the use of a yoga mat to aid in some compression and fascia work. Our calves and shins bear so much weight as we walk around everyday, and they get very little love most of the time. This is a short and potent class that will help you feel more steady and stable in your feet, by relieving some of the tension accumulated in the lower legs.
