The cold weather often brings on the sniffles and illness because we are slower to move around and in general move less in the winter months. This class is all about the immune system. We will be flushing some of the lymph nodes in the body, cooling off the thymus gland which governs the immune system, and moving through the joint space ridding anything that is stuck. Class will end with some acupressure points and pranayama.
