Props are a great addition to any yoga practice. They are the scaffolding that helps us to setup a good foundation. Chairs especially give a tremendous amount of feedback, helping to achieve efficiency while allowing us to dive deep into our experience because we are so supported. This 30 minute chair class will give you a different perspective and a different experience of many of the poses you have done over and over again.
