Letting go of the day with Carisa
30ish MINUTE CLASSES

31m
Have you had a day? Long, stressful, energetically depleting? This class is designed exactly for when you’ve had “a day”. One of the best things you can do to destress from a long day is to get into your body and use your mind to navigate a physical practice instead of navigating the internal world of thoughts. This will help to disengage the thinking mind and place you in a state of presence. This class is a nice mix of hangs, folds, twists, and backbends.
