Join Krystal in this front body opening class! You will begin by working on your shoulders to release stress and tension from your neck. The frontline of the body also includes the tops of the feet and shins which we often forget about, but this class will work you into both! This 30 minute class is the perfect combination of strength and opening and will leave you feeling open in the lungs all the way to the feet. This video is great if you sit and round all day.
