Hip Flexors 3 of 3 with Krystal

Welcome to a 3 part series about the hip flexors and thighs. This series is a great preparation for backbends which are all about opening the front body, lifting the gaze to lift your perspective, and stretching the organs, particularly the liver. This third video will be the most vigorous of the 3. In class we will work the full range of motion of the hips and pelvis, moving in and out standing balances. The finale of the series will put to the test all the hard work of extending the hip flexors and malleability of the quads.
This video can be done on its own as a short practice or paired with the other 2 in the series on the same day.
