Welcome to a 3 part series around the necks of the body. This second video will cover the wrists which are the necks of the arms. The triad is interconnected because when 1 is tight, so are the other 2 spaces, and when we opens one up, the other 2 follow suit. The wrists can be very mobile so when we bear weight on the hands, it may feel like the wrists cannot hold us up or we feel tremendous pain. This class will focus on increasing mobility in the elbows and shoulder joints to aid in strengthening and stabilizing the wrist joint, so bearing weight in an arm balance or plank feels more connect and strong. But, more importantly, leaving you to feel like congested and tight in the hands and wrist region.
This video can be done on its own as a short practice or paired with the other 2 in the series on the same day.
