Welcome to a 3 part series about the hip flexors and thighs. This series is a great preparation for backbends which are all about opening the front body, lifting the gaze to lift your perspective, and stretching the organs, particularly the liver. This second video will be about fully opening up the front of the hip joint where we often get stuck and tight from sitting a lot. How can we put the hip joint into full extension?
This video can be done on its own as a short practice or paired with the other 2 in the series on the same day.
