This pranayama is all about exploring energy. We will start by heating the body to help burn off any interferences in our energy (i.e. toxins, virus, etc). Then we will move into alternate nostril breathing, working the energy out of the first three energy centers and into the upper energy centers. This will be highly soothing and relieving for the body especially if there is any depression, fear, anger, anxiety, shame, or guilt lingering in your experience.
