Prana is space dust, energy, and currency. When we do breath-work we move all of that throughout the body. Preferably we do prana after movement, where we've unplugged, unclogged and lubricated the joints so the prana can circulate freely. In this pranayama practice you'll start with some alternate nostril breathing to regulate the right and left hemispheres of the brain, cleanse the lungs and flush the kidneys. After you've flushed and regulated throughout the body you'll progress to some more vigorous pranayama that circulates the energy in your body.
