PRANAYAMA

19m
This pranayama practice is all about the shoulders. The shoulders and collarbones help to frame the lungs. When the shoulders and collarbones open the lungs can come through to the front side of the body so that they are ready to receive the nourishment from pranayama. When the shoulders and collarbones close the lungs move to the back. In this 20 minutes class you will pair both these opening and closing actions with discipline of the breath.
