Calf Smashing is one of our favorite things to do pre or post workouts. Giving some focused attention to the lower legs allows you to access your lower body with more ease. Instead of feeling like your legs are working intensely to give length to the back chain, calf smashing will help move energy through the lower limbs and even your hips so you can experience more space in the legs. This is a simple, quick yet potent technique.
