A short simple flow that follows the pull of the moon. The lunar energy is very magnetizing, so this flow is focused on Yin energy that helps us push out stale stagnant waters. The repetition allows for insight as you move through and ramp up the speed. Speed in this kind of practice signifies the ability to be more fluent and knowledgeable.
