Class 2 of the 3 part shoulder series. In this class Krystal will take you through the pole series which is so good to stuck shoulders. Then we will explore freedom in the confinement of putting our frame up against the wall. The wall can be so informative to measuring up appropriately as well as providing a lot of feedback when we need it to go upside down.
