This class will offer you a practice with the use of a chair. The chair is a wonderful prop that gives lots of feedback and leverage to change the experience of familiar postures, the more insight we can gain as when we practice yoga, the more powerful we can become. If you are new to the chair practice, it may initially feel a bit more confined and compact, but finding more freedom with this stability is the beauty of why we love yoga practices with the chair prop.
