Rest and Restore with Krystal

Resting is essential for health and well-being. We often think of rest as sleeping or napping, but in a traditional restorative class we use ample props to hold up the body and the joints so that we can bask in the experience of being in a pose and finding relaxation. No effort. Enjoy this time to be awake and focusing on breathing in a way to calm the nervous system. Let it be more about being then doing for the next 90 minutes.
