This is a full length and full body restorative practice. In restorative practices we start with backbends to open the front of the body. Then you will progress through quad, calf, and shoulder openers and poses for massaging the digestive track and liver. This restorative practice is juicy and sweet and hits all the major joints of the body. You will leave feeling spacious and restored!
