This is the 2nd of a 3 part series discussing the floors of our house. Krystal will be referencing the 2nd floor which is the floor of doing, our ability to handle life as it comes our way. The 2nd floor is the torso, from the pelvis up to the mouth. It houses our vital organs as well as speech and articulation. In this class we will utilize what we learned in Part I about structure and stability, and use that to find our hands and how to balance our body weight onto them safely and securely. Another means of handling our life is about navigating 360 degrees around oneself, so the practice will end with some deep seated twisting.
