This class will focus on the joint space of the hips. Tightness in this area often comes for lack of mobility and ROM in the socket itself, leading to excessive pulling on the hamstrings and lower back. This is a winter practice, slow and deep. Take your time through this class and practice in the winter as if you have no where to be.
