Krystal will lead you through a practice all about the pelvis. The hips are the first major fold of the body. When we experience aches and pain elsewhere in the body, it is often underpinned by the hips. If you can reorganize this area everything with start to reconcile. She will guide you through wrapping the legs to broaden the sitting bones giving space to the sacral plate. When the sacral plate is jammed, we often feel low back tension and pain, tight shoulders, stiff neck, amongst so many other things. This class should leave you feeling more liberated and freedom in your entire body.
