This class will teach you how to utilize props to give you feedback on the infamous "brick" in the upper back, or the spot that is often rounded backwards. The density of muscle in this particular spot in our back can create so much tension and stiffness in the shoulders and neck region of the body. Upon completion of this class, the hope is you leave feeling a little taller and lighter in the chest and upper body.
