The use of the yoga chair (or any kind of chair) can be useful at helping us find our boundaries, awareness of where our body is in space, and provide the support sometimes we didn't know we were looking for. This class will help you explore familiar yoga poses with the assist and feedback of a chair. Notice the moments that your practice yields you support and comfort, and other moments when the chair makes it feel harder because your hips are square and straight. All of this info can be useful and insightful for free form practices on a later day.
