In this class you’ll spend time setting up the stability of your downward facing dog through self-massage of the lower legs, opening of the side bodies, and strengthening the shoulder joint. You’ll come back to down dog each time to check the progress of your work.
After building the strength and structure of your down dog you’ll spend time in a small heating sequence that will give you insight into the archetype you so carefully took the time to build.
This class will leave your legs feeling fresh and light and your shoulders feeling solid and stable.
