This class is a full spectrum practice. We will spend the first part of class on our back referencing familiar poses like gomukasana and bridge pose in different ways to achieve different insight of our body. When we practice in a full spectrum manner it becomes a focus on organizing the body from its disorder. Our tendencies, strengths, habits lead to an imbalance from right to left, front to back. Ultimately the body is an organic form that deforms, so the practice intelligently organizes everything to fit back into itself.
