Join Carisa in this leggy class! In this 50 minute class you will focus primarily on opening the IT bands and hamstrings. This is a great class to do in the morning when your body is just waking up and needs some warming. An abundance of knee problems and low back problems come from tight and hardened muscles in the legs. This class will leave your legs feeling open, light and will give you more space in your back. This is a great one to do if you’re a runner or stand on your feet a lot.
