Block Buddy Practice with Krystal

Our spine has an archetypal curvature that we were born with. Over time from sitting on soft surfaces and gravity our spine starts to round in places that don't serve the structure of our body. The use of a block buddy is to help us notice when our upper back rounds which keeps us from moving the lungs and the front body forward. When we move forward and can get our lungs to the front of our body they are available for more air, thus propelling our potential into the world. This is a super helpful technique if simply sitting upright is difficult or you've been hunched over all day.
