Welcome to a 3 part series around the necks of the body. This first video will cover the ankles which are the necks of the legs. The triad is interconnected because when 1 is tight, so are the other 2 spaces, and when one opens up, the other 2 follow suit. The ankle is a stabilizer for our body. We often use one part of our foot more than the other, which causes the ankle to weaken and become tight. This class will focus on stabilizing the ankle as well as giving malleability and strength to the joint.
This video can be done on its own as a short practice or paired with the other 2 in the series for a complete practice.
