Welcome to a 3 part series about the hip flexors and thighs. This series is a great preparation for backbends which are all about opening the front body, lifting the gaze to lift your perspective, and stretching the organs, particularly the liver. This first video will mostly be on the floor, easing our way into virasana variations.
