This class will be very heating and flip you upside down to shift your gaze. We will play with a pose called hollow back which can be demanding for the shoulders and upper back. We tend to do so much from our upper body, the muscle gets really dense there, and then limits the range of motion in our shoulders. Take this class to free up your back and your perspective.
