Substantiating our roots. In this class we will explore the stability of our roots and find movement within them. The priority of our legs is to hold us up, but also be able to get us around and for us to get around the pelvis without getting stuck.

This class is about becoming spherical. Twisting alone can feel very tight and constricting, but when we implement the mind and neurology to navigate around the body in a more circular shape, we can hope to find a revelation within our blind spots.

Information pulls from our periphery into the midline. Our side mirrors in the car help eliminate blind spots and navigate 360 degrees around, the same is true for the side of the body. This class will be really yummy for the ribs and leave you feeling more expansive in the whole body.
